Bigger than I expected
Ordered half expecting a flimsy dollar-store situation. It's not. The handle has actual weight to it, no hollow plastic rattle, and the bristles are bound tight at the top instead of shedding everywhere the second you pick it up. Nothing about it feels like it's going to fall apart in a closet over the summer. For the price I was pleasantly surprised.

My kids have not left it alone since it arrived
My six year old claimed this within about four minutes. She carries it around the house pretending to sweep and gets genuinely excited every time the lights come on. My youngest is a little more cautious about it but keeps coming back to look. It's held up to a lot of handling so far, which I honestly did not expect. Now they're fighting over whose room it lives in.

Not the flimsy stuff that dies in a box
I've thrown out so much Halloween décor that came out of storage bent, faded, or with dead lights. These are actually built strong and it holds its shape, and the glow when it lights up is amazing. This is going back in the bin at the end of the month and coming out again next year, which I can't say about most of what I've bought.
